For more than 25 years, Canadians Jennifer and Ford Alton have been exploring the beautiful island of Jamaica. Working in the area of customer service they have always strived to give the clients what they want by listening to their needs. For 12 years they operated a successful catering and event coordination company. Wanting to introduce the “true Jamaica” to friends and acquaintances, the idea for Caribbean Concierge was born.
