1. What is included with the services of Caribbean Concierge?
A. Your quote includes the villa, all meals, all staff and gratuities, a personal driver and vehicle for your group for the duration of your stay including all airport transfers with one complimentary tank of fuel, starter bar and the services of your personal Caribbean Concierge both during your trip planning and while on the island.

2. Does the Caribbean Concierge consultant stay on the villa property during our stay?
A. No, but we are only a phone call away and are there daily for any assistance you may need and to escort you on excursions.

3. What time is check in and check out time at my villa?
A. Most villas have a check-in time of 1 p.m. and a check out time of 11 a.m. Tryall Club villas have a check in time of 3 p.m. and check out at 12 p.m. Discovery Bay villas also have a check in time of 3 pm and a check out time of 11 a.m.

If no new guests are checking in on your departure day, you are welcome to stay at the villa until it is time to leave for your flight.

4. Are there villas for wheelchair guests or those with physical disabilities?
A. Yes. Your Caribbean Concierge consultant can recommend certain properties based on any restrictions your group may have.

5. What about children? Are any of the villas family friendly?
A. The villa vacation is the answer for families. Many villas are especially outfitted for children i.e. children's rooms adjoining adult rooms, cribs, play areas, child friendly pools etc. Caribbean Concierge can also arrange one of the "famous Jamaican nannies" or evening child care if needed.

6. Do we pay extra for excursions as they do in hotels?
A. Your driver and vehicle are there for whatever you may need. Generally the admission rates to the tourist attractions are minimal. Your consultant can provide you with the current admission prices.

7. Where can I book my flights?
A. Most major airlines from Canada and the United States as well as Europe have regular service to Jamaica. Your destination is Montego Bay (MBJ). Once you have received confirmation of your villa dates with Caribbean Concierge you may proceed to book your flight via the internet, a travel agent or directly with the airline. Your Caribbean Concierge Consultant is there to meet your flight. All flight arrangements are your responsibility. Caribbean Concierge is not responsible for any flight delays or change to arrival or departure times.

8. Are there immunizations or precautions that need to be taken prior to travel?
A. Generally, Jamaica has no problems requiring special immunizations or with the quality of drinking water. However, check with your physician or local public health.

9. What travel documents are required to enter Jamaica?
A. Passports have become a universal travel document. Necessary requirements may vary based on your citizenship. Have your travel agent check the requirements or contact the Jamaica Tourist Board 1-800-233-4582 for clarification.

10. What currency is used in Jamaica?
A. Jamaica has their own currency however, pricing is based on the US dollar which is readily used and quoted.

11. What kind of weather should we expect?
A. The temperature in Jamaica rarely fluctuates more than 10 degrees from winter to summer. Daily temperature is usually 80 to 90 in the day and drops to the 70's in the evening. May, June, September and October are typically the rainy months.

12. What about golf, tennis and other sporting activities?
A. Jamaica has many championship golf courses and tennis facilities. Some villas have their own tennis courts and putting greens. Whether it's scuba, sailing, golf, you name it, your Caribbean Concierge Consultant can provide you with the details and make the arrangements.
